Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Plumage Studio! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange. Please read the following for more information on our return policy. Please note that returns/refunds are not available for custom made, customised or digital items.


Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original container packaging in new and unused conditions, with any and all original labels attached. Returns are available in the instance of manufacturer's defect. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email Plumage Studio customer service at studio@plumage.ca. Please attach any pictures to support your claim and one of our team members will review it. We will send you detailed instructions on processing the return on your end after we approve your claim. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and import charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your repair or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your time to process your repair or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the Plumage Studio customer service email: studio@plumage.ca to arrange a refund or exchange.
