Shipping policy

All orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Custom items are put on the schedule in the order received and will take longer than in stock items to ship out. Let us know if you have any scheduling issues.

Expect delays during the holiday/busy season(s) due to a high volume of orders and/or postal service problems that are outside the control of Plumage Studio.

We currently offer flat rate and FREE SHIPPING over $100 shipping options via Canada Post for all domestic orders.

US and International Shipping

We currently offer flat rate and FREE SHIPPING over $100 shipping options via Canada Post for all US orders.

Tariffs, duties and taxes, as well as brokerage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. However, we would like to let our US customers know that all products made by Plumage Studio are made in Canada under CUSMA, so duties and tariffs should not apply to them. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@plumage.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
